My mother made these beef (cutlets) for my dad as he sipped on his scotch in the evenings in our ancestral home.

Second Course:

Meen Pollichathu

Banana leaf grilled masala fish - a Kerala coastline specialty that is close to my heart.

Third Course:

Asha’s Kerala Fried Chicken

I grew up eating this fired chicken in my mother’s kitchen in a South on the other side of the world.

Fourth Course:

Goat Biryani

Biryani a decadent rice and meat layered dish. My version is made with green masala and spices. All I can say is come hungry y’all.

Fifth Course:

Sticky Pandan Toffee Pudding

I’ve always adored a ooey-gooey, sticky pudding cake. Think creamy coconut, dates and pandan.
