My Father's Table at Tulip & Tea — an intimate gathering of twenty, seated together at one long communal table for a meal that is as much a love letter as it is a feast.

THE MENU:
We begin with the sea — fish steamed in coconut, green chili, turmeric, and curry leaves, unwrapped at the table. Then, the table comes alive:
Kerala Shrimp & Pumpkin Curry — golden, rich, and deeply warming
Mussels in Rasam Broth — briny and bright, pepper-kissed and alive
Pineapple Pachadi — sweet, spiced, and cooling
Tropical Garden Salad — mango, papaya, and tamarind-citrus
All alongside fragrant Kerala red rice.
And to finish:
Mango Sticky Rice — warm, pandan-scented, bathed in coconut cream
Served with peach iced tea and warm spiced chai.
