Fall is my favorite season. The air turns, the sweaters come out, and the kitchen follows. Soups simmer low. Stews thicken with patience. Apples find their way into salads that taste like the season itself. And of course, my chai is always flowing.
This High Chai brings Kerala home for autumn.
