A Day to Remember Who You Are
An 8-hour immersive retreat for 12 women over 30
Hosted by Asha Gomez | Tulip & Tea
You're carrying everything.
Who's carrying you?
You wake up and the to-do list is already running in your head.
The invisible labor. The endless planning. The remembering everything for everyone.
You're so good at holding it all together.
But when was the last time someone held space for YOU?
When was the last time you said what you needed—and meant it?
When was the last time you stopped doing and just… were?

This day is for you.

What is this retreat in Georgia?
You arrive in your softest clothes, carrying the weight of everything you manage.
You leave dressed in something beautiful, hands full of flowers you arranged, having created a meal you cooked, sitting at a table you set—finally remembering what it feels like to receive.
This isn't a workshop where you take notes and go home with a workbook you'll never open. This is a lived experience.
You create. You cook. You connect. You transform.

This isn't therapy. But something shifts when you're finally witnessed.
This isn't networking. But you'll leave with women who get it.
This isn't about fixing you. Because there's nothing to fix.

This is about being seen as you are. Being held without having to explain. Being understood without having to perform.
Date: Spring 2026
Location: Tulip & Tea, Conyers, Georgia
Limited to 12 women

"I created this retreat because I know what it's like to carry everything. To wake up already exhausted. To say yes when you want to say no. To feel guilty for even thinking about taking time for yourself.

This day exists because you deserve more than survival mode. You deserve beauty. Rest. Connection. The space to create. The permission to need.

This isn't selfish. This is necessary.
I can't wait to hold space for you."

What to Include in Your Application Email ashagomez@gmail.com with the subject line: "A Day to Remember Who You Are - Application" In your email, tell us your story (200-400 words is plenty, but write what you need to write): Who are you? What are you carrying right now that feels too heavy? When was the last time you asked for what you needed? What makes that hard for you? What feels especially hard for you in this season of your life? What are you hoping to release? What are you hoping to step into? Why now? Why this retreat? There's no "right" answer. Just honesty. We're listening for resonance—that feeling of "yes, she belongs here." Trust that if this is for you, we'll feel it. And you'll feel it too.
