Comprised of only buds from Fujian, China. The tasting notes are sweet, bright, grassy with a hint of honey. This tea is from a cultivar called Da Bai. She is a beauty to behold with all the fuzzy tea buds. Brew for 3-4 minutes with 175 degree water (please note adding boiling water will scorch and damage the leaves resulting in a dark yellow hue with a bitter astringent taste). Use 2 grams per 12oz of water.
